Pascal W. Di Fronzo

Executive Vice President, Corporate Affairs, Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary

Pascal Di Fronzo is a member of Autodesk’s senior executive leadership team. He is responsible for managing all of Autodesk’s legal matters as well as providing counsel to the CEO and Board of Directors. He also leads Autodesk’s corporate development group, which is responsible for achieving the Company’s business strategy through M&A and other strategic transactions globally. In addition, Pascal oversees Autodesk’s government affairs and public policy work to assure the company’s interests are well represented worldwide.

In 2011, Pascal received the Legends in the Law Award from the Burton Awards for Legal Achievement, co-sponsored by the American Bar Association, in recognition of outstanding work as a corporate general counsel. Prior to joining Autodesk, he advised high technology and emerging growth companies on business and intellectual property transactions and litigation while in private practice with the Palo Alto, California law firm of Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati.

Pascal currently serves on the board of directors of the Business Software Alliance (BSA), and previously served as Chairman for several years. He has published and lectured on a variety of business, corporate and intellectual property topics. He is a member of the California State Bar and received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from UCLA.
