Nurturing young talent

Through collaborations with many different organizations and universities inside and outside of the US, we are remaking our recruiting to draw from new sources of top talent. Our activities to reach out to young technology professionals include:

  • The mission of the Autodesk Asian Network is to empower Asians at Autodesk through leadership and professional development, raise awareness of Asian culture and build partnerships with local Asian communities.

  • Autodesk Black Network (ABN) is dedicated to connecting and building a community for and with all Black employees and their allies. We seek to celebrate, encourage and support each other through: recruitment, retention, professional development, and community outreach.

  • The mission of the Autodesk Latinos Network is to positively influence Autodesk culture, ensuring professional development of all Latinos at Autodesk.

Building diverse leaders

We need leaders at Autodesk who reflect the diversity of our customers and employees, who come from all over the world and hold a wide range of perspectives and interests. We’re cultivating diverse leadership by targeting future leaders early in their Autodesk careers through our Emerging Leaders Program. We provide ongoing opportunities for career development with leadership programs in business groups throughout the company.
